2. General Information

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure and stable operation), or where we have obtained explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not share data with third parties for purposes other than those stated here.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted with Vercel Inc. (USA), served from a data center in Frankfurt, Germany. As our processor, Vercel processes server access data (including IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type) for the technical delivery and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These access logs are retained for a period ranging from hours to a few days, as determined by Vercel. Where data is transferred to the US, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) as an additional safeguard.

We do not keep our own server logs containing personal data; only the completion of a form submission (see Section 5) is logged by us without the email address (timestamp, outcome, technical status).

4. Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools (no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no comparable service). Fonts are served exclusively from our own server; no connection is made to third-party font providers.

To measure the performance of individual links, we evaluate only the requested path and a source parameter included in the URL (e.g. "?src=…") from the server access data described in Section 3. We do not ourselves store any cookie, identifier, or IP address for this purpose; Vercel's general server access data is unaffected (see Section 3).

5. Waitlist for English Editions

If you sign up via the form to be notified about English-language editions, we collect only your email address. Signup requires your explicit consent (a checkbox that must be ticked; no entry is possible without it) and is confirmed via double opt-in: your address is only added to the list after you click a confirmation link (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The list is processed by our provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) as processor.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in any notification or by email to info@eleven11inutes.com. Upon withdrawal, your address will be deleted. We delete your email address once the announcement has been sent, or earlier if you withdraw your consent.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Please contact us at the address given above.
